Confidentiality and data protection

default-16x9

I work in a local authority social services department and am interested in computer based training packages as a resource for staff who need to learn about confidentiality and data protection. Social Services has a specific need related to the Caldicott regime, adopted from the NHS, but similar needs apply to the council as a whole. I'm interested in materials that could be used throughout the authority.

I know of two CBT packages, one called TIGER, produced in conjuction with Barnsley Council, the other from Posturite, produced with East Sussex CC. TIGER is slanted towards Health. Posturite's product is a 25 minute introduction to the Data Protection Act and doesn't have much to say about information sharing, apparently.

Have you used either of these, or any other packages? Can you say what worked well, and what gaps they left?
