I need a basic course outline and some details of the underpinning activities in the course to give me an idea whether a conflict management course is the most appropriate one to use to resolve the issues highlighted by a particular company. Any suggestions where I might find such an outline or clear information about conflict management. I need somehting pretty quickly so soemthing on line would be ideal.
