Conflict Resolution

I am a police sergeant due to retire soon. In the private sector,I teach disaffected young people how to avoid conflict with the law and police officers in particular using knowledge of the law, communication skills as well as a knowledge of drug and alcohol abuse,theft and criminal offences also personal safety.I have teaching qualifiactions and I am based in the North West of England.I can be contacted at jwgmast@aol.com. The subjects which I teach also involve adult education,including all the aspects of the Crime and Disorder Act and the Human Rights Act as well as interviewing techniques. I am a role actor and an assessor for police recruitment and promotion. I have a variety of skills which can usefully be used in the private sector
