I am desperately searching for an exercise I have used in the past for identifying individual's responses to conflict. The exercise uses animal characters to identify how we deal with conflict. I remember it haveing "Lifeskills: a handbook for trainers" typed across it but have been unable to find the book, I have tried Richard Nelson Jones Can anyone help?

  1. Try this

I don’t use animal exercises (!), but I do have an excellent series of conflict activities, as I do a lot of this work, and the most useful of which I can easily email to you, so get in touch.

I am about to go away for a fortnight, but email me and I will pleased to send it you on my return.

    All the best.
