I have been asked to train team managers on how to faciliate and support their staff through recent and futute changes.. Would anyone have ideas or a struture already in place to deal with this?
The staff will be doing a online course that asks them their current "feelings" and where they are on the change curve, so the Team Managers need to be able to deal wih this on a one to one basis?
any suggestions or ideas?

Solutions Focus
Hi Bernie
I’m grappling with a similar piece of change – 140+ sales people across Europe, so cultural issues too!
My strong suggestion is to take a look at The Solutions Focus approach.
One of the premier exponents of this approach in the UK, to my knowledge, is SF Work, at http://www.sfwork.com
Good luck!
Cheers
