I currently use a super copyright free short 'styles' questionnaire in workshops. It gets people thinking and talking. It is modelled on MBTI and many go on to explore that in more depth. I would be happy to swap this with someone who might have another kind of questionnaire that can be copied and used to raise self awareness in relation to teams, self or leadership. Any one got something like that?

I have a teams questionnaire on http://www.trainerbase.co.uk in the Downloads section in the Tools and Tests category. There is an editable Word version or a free pdf version.
