We looked at Registrar some 6 months ago. It is a fine product, but it is not “all things to all men”, and you may find its price a little on the high side, irrespective of business cases that can show how quickly you would recoup your investment.
We have similar needs and in fact are having a system customised for our own needs at a cost that we believe gives us better value for money.
