Have any of you delivered this program in your units? I'm looking into delivering the program here and am interested in hearing any testimonials, return on investment figures, performance improvement results, or any other feedback you may have to share. This will help us build a case for manager buy-in, as well as showing potential participants the value of participating in the program.

The material that is, the 7 habit’s are definitely useful but lets be honest they’ve been superseded by better management and self development programmes over the last few years.
As for training, tell them to read the book and then put a course into place detailing the habits of successful people within your own organisation, it might require a bit of research but it would be a whole lot more effective than more one size fits all training based around an old school idea.
