The fully accredited Business School has been developed in association with the International Management Centres Association and the University for Action Learning.
These bodies offer a fully accredited suite of management development programmes enabling participants to become qualified at

Unlike conventional Business Schools, the primary learning method is Action Learning. Individual participants work on a series of action questions which relate to their real work situation. The process of gathering information and working with colleagues in an online action learning forum develops the work which is independently tutored and assessed and leads to the qualification. There is also a parallel online modular course route.
The action learning process enables participants to study at work, using their real work as the focus of their learning. Support, mentoring and group forums all occur online or by phone enabling people to participate from anywhere in the world. Several thousand managers and executives in major companies are currently involved in study programmes using this route.
All the programmes are delivered with accreditation from the British Accreditation Council (BAC) in London and, up to and including Masters degree level from the Distance Education and Training Council (DETC) in Washington DC, within ISO 9002 Quality Assurance protocols for operational support.
