Does anyone use, or know, of some good software that can monitor staff and managers CPD activity? Preferably with a 360 degrees facility too?
reports would be need to be run so that the activity could be presented to external bodies to show on-going CPD and for managers that 360 degrees feedback is taking place.
I would be interested in anyone who uses, or knows, of such software.

CPD software for corporates..
To my knowledge no such standalone package exists. Many of the big LMS (learning management systems) should be able to provide the reporting and functionality you require. Many of the new ‘self service’ based HR systems should also have this functionality.
I would sugest that the biggest problem is not finding the software, but pursuading managers and staff to enter yet more data into computer systems!

CPD & 360 software
I can speak for anyone else, however I work for Couraud which provides such a system. It enables 360 degree reviews to be carried out and CPD activity to be accurately recorded.
