Creating Trust with customers

Hi All I am looking for an activity to help participants understand the importance of building trust with their customers. I am looking for a 10 - 15 min activity. If you savvy people have any suggestions, then please let me know. Cheers Brendon

    Hi Brendon,

    It may not be much help, but there is a book called ‘The Art of Speedreading People’ which you might find handy.

    I haven’t done any excercises around this topic specifically, but as a few suggestions you could look at rapport building body language, listening skills and clarifying statements?

    I will contine to have a think and let you know if I can think of something more useful!
