I am wondering if anyone knows of a supplier that teaches courses on good, creative web design using FrontPage. Lots of courses teach how to use FrontPage, but I am looking for something that teaches creativity and design as well.
Any ideas?

Being more creative with MS Front Page
In answer to Gareth Irvine on the 19th of June, creativity comes from ideas, develop the ideas and then develop the web site. Programs like MS Frontpage put you into a box as far as ideas go, if you really want to create good web pages stop using it and learn how to use a more proffessional tool.
Start you web pages with a pencil and paper, not with a template.
