CTP training provider

default-16x9

I intend to take my CTP course in the next few months and as I live abroad at the moment, my only option is to complete it as a fast-track course. BPP are the only provider I can find that offers this option. They do two one week long workshops in conjunction with self-study. Other providers (other than National School of Government and CIPD which I can't afford) only provide something along the lines of one workshop per month and I can't fly from China to the UK on a monthly basis!
Can anyone share their experiences with BPP in London. I'm a little sceptical of their level of service already as I applied for a London course and they've sent me confirmation of my acceptance on the Milton Keynes course!
Any comments about the quality of their course and trainers would be most welcome.

Many thanks,
Lorraine

  1. BPP (Malpas)
I did the BPP fast track CTP in 2006 in Birmingham. Didn’t have any problems with it at all and had plenty of support (both from the tutor and peer support) throughout – although it was two 1 week workshops and self learning I had email and telephone access at all times to the tutor.
I got the impression that they sub-contracted many of their tutors, but both my colleagues (who did the course the following year) and myself had no problems at all.
    Good luck with it!

  2. Positive Experience
I’ve used Malpas personally for my CIPD full qualification and had an excellent experience.

I have also put several of my team through the CTP qualification.

I would recommend this and also the Training Foundation’s TAP programme.
