Customer Buying Habits

A long time ago I used material in a workshop to emphasise what drives different customers to buy. It was a Grid/matrix with Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 Dominant Warm buyers, Cold Submissive buyers etc.. Can anyone help me find material on this, as I lost mine many moons ago and any other useful sites that I may find relevant material on re: Different Cust: Buying Habits,
