I am running some one day Customer Care workshops for a chain of hotels and am looking for some hotel-related exercises.
Attendees are mainly reception and reservations staff so we will be covering phone and face to face communication.
I am also looking for either a DVD or a you-tube clip to demonstrate customer care scenarios in hotels.
Would appreciate any help

Hi,
I am wondering if you managed to find exercises and videos. I am in need of some help myself. I am currently doing volunteer work in Rwanda and need to prep a workshop for an NGO to provide it to the local communities.
