Customer Communication

default-16x9

Hi,

I am running a departmental away day next week for a group of around 50. Part of the breif is to run an excercise around improving customer communication. I have a few options but am unsure whether they will really hit the spot. Does anyone have any ideas on large team excercises around this subject.

Thanks

  1. hard to answer that unless…..

    …you communicate a bit more!

Are your customers businesses or consumers?

Do you sell to them directly (as in retail), remotely (as in by mail order/internet shopping) or via third parties (as in an affiliate network)?

Is your customer base small or large, loyal or fickle?

Does each customer buy from you a lot or a little?

How price sensitive is your marketplace?

What type of communications do you want with your customers: focus groups, direct contact, complaints, feedback, suggestions etc?

Do you want customers to have free access to everyone at your organisation or just a specific point of contact?

You could simply break your 50 into smaller groups, give them all these questions and then get them to share and debate!

    I hope that helps

    Rus
