I am looking for 2 or 3 short video clips to use in a training session designed to launch customer service values and behaviours to an organisation that deals predominantly with trade customers.
During the session we want the managers to observe customer interactions and identify the behaviour that makes the interactions good, bad or indifferent and then discuss how they would approach the member of their team about what had been observed.
Therefore I dont need the clips to be specific "training" clips - just customer interactions that we can discuss.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks. Lisa

and
there is a bit in the Arnold Schwarztnegger film "Jingle all the way" where he always tells each customer that he is going to do this for them because they are his number one customer.

If you register for the digital library at videoarts.com you can preview thousands of video clips for free and then pay for what you decide to use. The clips are divided into subject headings and there is a whole section dedicated to customer service. Each clip lasts for about 2-3 minutes, so they’re short and sweet but very effective.
