Hi Trev, thanks for the mail.
Hi Trev, thanks for the mail. Could I kindly ask you to give some more detail please. The area of customer services is so huge so could you give some background including what specific learning points you are trying to improve. Is it F2F or telephone? Is it retail or another specialist area? Any specifics you can provide will just attract the most helpful replies. BTW if you are new; have you checked out the websites for businessballs or Trainer Bubble?

Hi Trev,
Hi Trev,
If you are going to be doing multiple programmes around Customer Service, you might like to look at this product.
It is a set of images with accompanying notes that focus on all aspects of the feelings people experience in customer interactions, triggering useful discussions related to your material. I was invovled in the design of these and happy to talk to you about how they can be used if you are interested.
