Customer Services Training

Hi everybody,

I have Customer Services training material that I have been using for the past 3 years and I am just looking for something fresh that I could perhaps swop with someone. I would love to compare notes and get a few more new ideas. Anyone keen to share? Even if you would like to just send ice breakers or your favourite exercise. Any info. on Customer Service would be most welcome:)

For 28 years I have been working on customer service issues and I am loading a lot of material onto my website.

Next up will be 20 videos. I have developed a 4 ‘R’s model – see my site for the details.
