tricky one bearing in mind H&S and creating crises for delegates
it rather depends on what constitutes a crisis! If the crisis is a fire….then you won't spend a lot of time planning…..if the crisis is a change in market conditions then you would be foolish not to take at least several hours assessing, analysing and planning your response

Both involve managing crisis, from resource utilisation, to compliance, and both can be tailored to include (if appropriate) the crisis management scenarios you wish to address.
