Dealing with difficult phone calls


I am looking for providers of training for helpdesk staff who need to deal with difficult and sometimes suicidal people effectively. The training would be for half a day, class room based for about 8 to 10 per class, based in the South East

  3. Role-plays?
    Have you considered the use of professional actors for a role-play workshop to provide experiential learning? I have used a company called ‘Role Plays for Training’ with great effect and productivity.
