Debriefing model

A debriefing model for volunteer mediators in neighbor disputes should be quick, practical, and genuinely helpful rather than burdensome. This guide explores approaches that respect mediators' time and expertise while supporting their effectiveness.

Anyone got a model for debriefing that would be suitable for volunteers who mediate neighbour disputes.

It needs to be experienced as helpful and not a chore, quick (10 minutes) without being patronising or flippant ?

Any thoughts or am I asking for the world.

Whilst I am writing we are always looking for new committee members, particularly if you have experience and experise is mediation or conflict resolution

Thanks

Paul

  1. De-Briefing exercise
Paul I devised a de-briefing exercise that I use following training events , team-building exercises etc. It may be alright for your purpose or you may need to change it. Send me your e mail address and I’ll send it on Derek Adams derekada@globalnet.co.uk
