My friend and I have just been asked to provide a one day training course for housing association staff who advise residents about debt problems-a mixture of counselling and advice plus signposts to help
Has anybody out there put together such a course or lively exercises/actyivities.Anything?

I worked for a large housing association as an internal consultant, have now gone freelance. I worked on a project to reduce tenant arrears which included debt management training for housing officers / assistants. Would be happy to chat to you about it.
