I am currently putting together a basic course on delegation skills and looking for any tools that can help with the final stage of monitoring and checking work delegated.
Can anyone give me any additional material to incorporate in the course?

If your audience use Outlook, how about helping them to exploit this tool further, by pointing them in the direction of the Task application and how they can assign tasks and track and monitor their completion all from their Inbox!
