Designing Hotel Front Office Training Course

default-16x9

I am currently trying to design a new training course for staff working in hotel receptions.

I know the structure and content of the course, but I am having difficulty building the course into materials, guides, etc.

Does anyone have any expertise and/or guidance in doing this

Much appreciated

  1. Course Material
If the content is ready, then the course material preparation would be pretty easy if we are able to break the content into smaller and easily understandable topic.

We will have to attach some pictorial represenation with each topic for giving a better understanding for the participants.

May be for each topic we can look at answering the following:
    what it means?
    why it is important?
    how will it be done?
    where it is applicable?
    when it would be appropriate?

If there’s anyway I can help, do mail me [email protected]

  2. FO training
    Hi Neil
This is one of many courses I develop around the world. My approach is to undertake a task breakdown first and having identied the key tasks add the standards required to complete the task successfully. Next add useful information such as WHY? and company SOP’s.

Once you start the exercise your existing material will fall into place. Another approach is to look-up Vocational Standards on the web or from NVQ sites.

Please email me if I can further assist.
