Can you advise of how I could go about obtaining really good material for designing the above workshops? Where do I look? How do I obtain suitable information? Also, can you recommend really good 1-2 day workshops in the above topics which are currently on the market for purchase?

We supply interactive Personal Development Workbooks, for all of the titles you’ve mentioned. These are used either as stand alone materials, or as blended solutions by a number of our clients.

have you tried http://www.peterhoney.com for the coaching and feedback material, you can purchase a folder (Coaching for Managers) which contains trainers notes, flip-chart work, OHP’s, exercises and much more for about £230 – use it as a series of workshops or modules.
2nd resource site is http://www.trainerslibrary.com about £11-15 per month to join, and is packed with exercises, modules, trainers notes, articles, games etc.. in many of the areas you mentioned.
