I am currently studying for my CIPD/CTP and have chosen E-Learning for my main project. In additon to this I feel it is an area that the company I work for should be looking into if it is to keep up with what is happening in today's technology in traiing and development. It would help me no end if anyone has information such as case studies, surveys and costings, opinions on classroom training versus e-learning. Any information will be welcome.
