I am currently studying my CTP and need to do some research on development plans. If anyone could send me some good sources of info on this subject that would be great. I need to find out as much as I can about methods and types of plans used.

Some great stuff there for you to look at.
Or you could try look at Trainerbase:

and search in the resource section for PDP’s etc. Lots of good stuff in there that would help your CTP anyway.
