Developmental feedback video for critique

default-16x9

I am building a short session on performance management which will be delivered in the virtual environment of a Webinar.

I would like delegates to view a short video of someone giving developmental feedback (badly) and subsequently have the delegates critique it.

Later, I'd like them see a video of the same people doing it better this time.

Anyone got / seen anything like that?

  1. Good and bad versions
Hi Stephen – I have seen exactly that, but it is some time ago. My recollection is of John Cleese and a Video Arts production. Suggest you try a search on the Video Arts catalogue and I am pretty sure others will have more recent experience. Will also be interested to see what comes up.

Stephen, may seem like a weired suggestion but have you thought abut making your own video?

I delivered a Recruitment and Selection course some time ago and used managers from the organisation to role play one person asking the questions and another giving great answers and poor answers for the group to critique.

Very low budget, but the great thing is I could target the issues and development gaps that I knew the delegates had, and of course everything was aligned to the clients recruitment process.

Feel free to pick my brains further about this if you need to.

    Good luck in your search
