hI,
Has anyone got a personality style for customers questionaire? its the Analytical , Driver, Expressive and Amibale personality styles?I want my staff to complete it so they know what type of customer they are before thinking abou the types we get on the telephone?
Any help on this subject would be greatly appriciated
