The Training Foundation is Coventry based and offers a Diploma in Learning Facilitation Skills.

Applicants undertake a minimum one-year programme, supervised by an assigned tutor, which is designed to evidence skills in each of the 21 competency areas which make up the Diploma curriculum. The Diploma requires achievement of certification in training delivery, facilitation and training design and development skills.
In addition candidates submit evidence of their expertise in the form of work based projects, assignments and/or a substantial dissertation on an area of specialisation or research.
The award of the Diploma is independently validated by NCC Education.
