1. Director Mentoring
   I can highly recommend Julie Mullins who is a business coach & mentor. She is currently mentoring me, I run my own business & she has been inspirational to say the least. Julie’s professional background was as Professional Head of Royal Marines employee counselling & she holds a Masters in Education, Training & Development & numerous management & coaching qualifications. 4. Director Mentoring
   One specific area of our work is long-term mentoring with senior management and directors. Perhaps we can assist – as you comment, there would be a fee attached. Depending on your business size/age etc it may be worth contacting the Business Volunteer Mentoring Scheme through the Federation of Enterprise Agencies (your local enterprise agency or business link should be able to assist with local contact details). This is a foc service initiated through the SBS which could prove useful. We obviously think we are the best, but this way will save you money – check on the quality though, there is no accreditation in place for this scheme. Regards

5. Director level mentor

   I am an experienced Director level mentor and am also a member of the CIPD mentor group (North Yorkshire branch). I have designed mentor systems and have had articles published. Currently, I am working on leading edge mentoring for Senior Police Officers.

6. Education and Equality Consultancy
   My business like others provides a service in terms of mentoring scheme design, implementation and training of mentors. Without knowing much of your organisation, you may want to consider the source of the peer mentors being businesses with who you already engage/have relationships with. This would have the double advantage of having mentors who people know at first hand in terms of ability, and it would serve to strenthen existing relationship. I think this is potentially a very powerful model.
