The Leadership Trust has launched a new development programme specifically for directors.
The six-month programme will focus on implementing earning to support the delivery of business imperatives and aims to develop the director’s personal leadership skills, the organisation said.
It will include a combination of 360° assessment, experiential learning modules and one-to-one coaching.
Course director will be The Trust’s chief executive, Paul K Winter.
