Hi
I have downloaded ACAS guidence for the new statatory procedures that are due in April 2009 relating to discipline and ET at work.
However I think I am still in Xmas mode as I cannot seem to see any 'real' changes.
Can anyone bulet the main changes so I can pass them on to our staff in a 'plain English' way!
PS Our staff are very informed of current procedures/law so the key changes are what I'm looking for

ACAS are actually running free briefings on the changes – so you might find one of these useful. I would contact them and see what they’re doing in your area.
