Display material for cultural change training

default-16x9

We are going to be running some soft skills training to improve both our work environment and how we interact with one another.

We would like to have some words or images displayed around the room, but don't want to just put up rather mundane A4 pieces with words on it. We are hoping to challenge people a little more and grab their interest.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what we can use?

  1. DIY
One idea I have used in this area was to get delegates on the workshops to produce, as an exercise, cartoons of “where we are now” and “where we want to be”..this gets you the material for future events as well as having other benefits.
I have also used analogies like the “goose story” and therefore had posters that were appropriate.

  2. Collages
We have previously cut pictures and words out of old magazines and mounted them on card.
