‘training for trainers’ for shop floor staff
We (NTS Ltd.) have been running a practical and effective trainer training programme for shop floor staff from CMB Bevcan for some years.
The programme is flexible, the short version runs for two days, the longer one runs over six days in two day units.
We seem to be very good at making the training relevant and useful to the practical, action orientated, shop floor environment. We are also told we are entertaining and ‘not stuck up’!
If appropriate we can arrange accreditation for a programme (this will affect the design and duration.)

I’ve designed and delivered a Train the Trainer course for shop floor employees within both the food processing and heavy engineering industries. The workshops were delivered on site and delegates were able to return to work feeling confident in their training abilities (and potential). I get a buzz when people discover their hidden abilities!
