Does anyone have any excercises to assess listening / questioning skills - especially if one party is in an emotional state, etc? Or if you can point me to a good case study that I could use to highlight the need to be non-judgemental?

Hi Jacqui,
If you use the search facility (top right-hand corner of TZ) typing in Listening exercises, there have been a number of similair questions recently with great answers. I also recently replied with a listening exercise, which should come up in the search criteria.
