Does anyone have the Learning Tree or Tree of Life?

A facilitator seeks help locating a specific interactive training tool featuring a tree with small figures positioned at various angles. Participants select and color a figure representing their current state, then explain their choice—a technique used in learning, counseling, and coaching sessions.

I have heard it called the Learning Tree and also the Tree of Life, however if I put these into a search engine on the internet I get a different tree altogether than the one I am after.
The picture is of a tree with little people all over it at different angles. You can get a delegate to circle or colour the figure that best represents them at this point in time and then they can explain why.
You can then do this again at the end of the course and again explain why.
I have also seen this used in Counselling and Coaching sessions.

Would anyone be able to let me know where I could get this picture or can anyone send me a copy?
