We have 15 trainers (split into 2 teams) in our organisation and cover a variety of training (technical, systems, soft skills) We currently schedule training for the trainers either through outlook calendars or by using a spreadsheet. Does anyone use or know of any automated scheduling tools that could save time when it comes to scheduling multiple requirements, across several disciplines? Thanks

Been there, done that and suffered at the use of outlook. We use software, "ScheduleIT". Fantastic software and making life easier, It can be integrated with Outlook Calendar and Email.
