Some of you may remember that I'm conducting a survey into what people think about their managers (it's research for some new training material).
The results so far have been fascinating, such as the number of people who say their managers keep promises.
Anyway, the survey has one week left to run, closing on April 14th, and I want to make one last push to get as many responses as possible. Surprise, surprise
Should we be surprised that only 58% say their bosses keep their promises, or surprised that this figure is so high?

Sorry for the delay in responding Robin – hope you also enyoyed the Easter break.
My initial surprise was that it was so high – I’m now surprised that a normally very positive person like myself had such low expectations.
