What are the worst things you could do as a trainer?

In the video, Jackson (who is most definitely NOT a trainer here at Silicon Beach; just an actor...and barely that) is pretty much the worst trainer in the world. 

Playing on his phone, kicking bins and getting just a bit too carried away about an Andy Carroll goal, he really doesn't make things comfortable for his delegates.
