Can we help?
1st stop Neha, have a look at the e-LearningZone at https://www.trainingzone.co.uk/elearningzone/ and use this as a guide. I would also recommend that you have a look at the run up to the H.O.T. conference and some of the questions that have been posted to the panel on just this subject. https://www.trainingzone.co.uk/cgi-bin/item.cgi?id=45770 is another good point to start.
Also have a look at https://www.trainingzone.co.uk/cgi-bin/item.cgi?id=48426 and see if the Trainer Provider Partner Pages could be used by tour organisation to deliver cost effective e-Learning for you.
Any quesries please give me a call on 0117 9158652.
Bridging Strategy
Neha
At the recent e learning show at Islington I attended a debate where the idea companies entering e learning devising a brdiging strategy. This involved targeting areas of the business with specific requirements and delivering solutions using e learning rather than trying to introduce it across the whole organisation. The idea was to get away from pilots or trials where the wording suggested we’ll give this ago but drop it if it doesn’t work. A bridging strategy starts small and evolves.
Take a look at our new web site http://www.bestoftraining.com for our views on developing e learning strategies.
