E Learning and Older Employees

I am a student researching whether older emplyees (over 50's) in my organistaion, a multi national retailer, have been disadvantaged through the introduction of E Learning. I am looking for any research that specifically refers to Older Employees.

    I’m an over 55-year old e-learning coach/designer, and in nearly 20 years’ experience have never found age to be a factor. For what it’s worth, all the evidence is that my generation (who after all developed e-learning!) are the most active users of the Internet in any case. See:
