E-learning courses for contact centres


I am interested in purchasing or developing e-learning courses which cover some key call handling skills for our staff in a contact centre - such as controlling the call, managing aggressive callers, etc. I appreciate that these skills cannot be trained solely by e-learning but would be keen to use them for refresher training. Has anyone used anything like this before?

    No, I’ve never been able to justify the cost benefit against other mehtods. Neither can I rely on having the PC’s free. Also I’m not actually convinced they’ll do the job any better than other methods. Lastly I’m concerned about style over content.

    The idea has been around a while, you have to question why the take up is so low within our industry.
