Hi guys,
Im really struggling to find an " all rounder "excellent e learning provider. i am currently with Skillsoft and find the courses quite boring to be honest , not enough simulation, UK based material etc, We work in a call centre enviroment so courses on customer care, telephone skills, managing people etc is what im looking for?
I would be so grateful for any help or names of providers you think would my cause!

E-learning Providers
Hi Bernie!
I can recommend two providers who offer generic content of very high instructional design standards, that deliberately avoid lots of text, but blend graphics, text and audio narration very well to create short and highly interactive learning modules. Both offer their content localised in a number of languages too.

Both offer a wide range of titles, which cover the areas you have listed in your question and have solutions whereby you can easily add in custom references to your own (i.e. call centre) situation.

Thank you all for your responses, what im actually looking for is a list of call centre courses on E Learning, Skillsoft seem to be the only provider that does this? can anyone suggest any others?
