  1. Effective Use of E-mail
i am currently in the process of developing a course to run within my organisation on effective e-mail management. i would also be interested in any information on the subject.

  2. Using Outlook Effectively
We offer a 1-day course called Using Outlook Effectively that combines time management skills and advanced user training in Outlook.

The course, which is intended for those already using Outlook on a day-to-day basis, includes:
    – Email etiquette
    – vCards
    – Automatic response tracking (freeing your inbox from those receipts and meeting responses)
    – Setting up custom views
    – Organising mail using rules, Organiser and views
    – Making proper use of importance and sensitivity flags
    – Using follow-up flags
    – Managing your time with the Calendar and Tasks
    – Saving time with AutoCreate

We are currently developing a similar course for Lotus Notes, using the equivalent facilities in that package.

We can run our training courses at your site anywhere in the country.

  3. Netiquette and the Effective Use of Email
We offer a 1/2 day course in Netiquette and the Effective Use of Email that can be tailored to suit any email product.

The ‘rules’ are the same regardless of the product used although this course often gets integrated into an IT user course training on the product at the same time.

Please call or email if you are interested in more information.
