Effective Team Briefs

default-16x9

We are a manufacturing company withover 600 employees. We introduced a system of team briefing just over 3 years ago but it has not proved entirely effective. If you feel you have an effective team briefing system, which has been running for some time, I would appreciate feedback on what you believe this can be attributed to. Who is ultimately responsible for monitoring the effectiveness and how is this audited? Also, do you keep records of the numbers briefed to? What kind of training programmes did you put in place to ensure a consist standard is achieved? Any information you can supply will be greatly appreciated.

  1. Team Briefings
    Dear Pamela

What you are asking for is an effective internal communications strategy – unless and until you design the comms links you need/want to motivate, involve and inspire your teams to feel included, relevant and of value then your team briefings will continue as they are.

If you have the time and budget – design, develop and deliver your own unique programme. There are many ways to do this and we would be happy to help you in the whole process.

For many years I was an International Corporate Communications Director – designing and delivering exceptional comms strategies that were effective.
