I am looking for an "off the shelf" elearning course/module for telephone skills. This has to be sutible for begginers and "experts" (as a refresher course) for any one that used the telephone as part of their job role.
The course needs to have some interaction, be externally hosted and run through some kind of very basic LMS.
I am looking for 50 to 100 users as an evaluation.
Also looking for simular for Interview Skills.
Any suggestions?
