Read an article yesterday ref. managing Email traffic - it was by a chap gets 250 per day - I was browsing the training zone & meant to save the article but didn't. I don't remember his name (helpful of me!)
Please could somebody point me in the right direction?! I'd be very grateful. Failing that, could somebody point me to a similarly effective method of Email Housekeeping?
