Embedding Learning & Training Team Structure

default-16x9

My team's structure is due to be reviewed in the next few months and I'm thinking there may be a need for a role concentrating on this.

We have a great reputation for delivery but one thing I think we fall down in is when they return to the business. I'd like to create a role/s that would take responsibility for ensuring that any Training that gets delivered that the Learners a get the opportunity to use it and also have the real impact of the training recorded. Currently with the work load of Training needing done our Trainers are currently struggling to ensure this happens as a lot of the time they are still in the classroom.

So, my question is, is this a role that is used in any of your business areas or do you know of anything similar?

As I said these are thoughts at the moment and I'm looking to see how realistic a proposal this could be?

  1. Learning Transfer

    Hi Howie,

I identify opportunity and commitment to support learning transfer at the needs analysis stage and always integrate transfer opportunity and application into the design of the learning. Take a look at some of my blogs below for some ideas to help with priming/pre-learning and post learning transfer.
